For the best buy, make sure that the watch is brand new: it should be dressed in a transparent plastic film that protects its mirror-finish surfaces from scratches. The parts that are unprotected, like the bracelet centre, should be perfect, with no sign of ever having been put on the wrist. The same applies to the bezel, although this is covered by a replaceable plastic guard.
