I’ve found a watch I’d like to buy

We like to meet the people who do business with us, and so we encourage potential clients to visit our shop when considering a purchase. Of course a personal call isn’t always possible, so the next best thing is for you to telephone us to discuss your requirements. In some cases we’ll send you the watch on approval via Royal Mail Special Delivery after payment by credit card.

Why can’t I buy online?

We believe that luxury watches need to be seen and felt as part of the decision–making process. Of course, if you decide you simply must have a watch you’ve seen on this site just give us a call and we’ll get the watch to you in the shortest possible time.

Is the stock on the website up to date?

Yes! One of the most important jobs of our day is photographing our stock and managing this site. The photographs published here are of the actual items, not library shots. Every watch we have in stock is shown here. By regularly visiting this website, you’ll see watches before they even reach our shop window.

One last thing. Some watches are so special we leave them online for a short while after they’ve sold as they form an excellent primer in the history of important watch models. These are all clearly marked ‘sold’.

I’m not based in the UK, how can I buy?

Unfortunately we currently don’t send watches overseas. We’ve had too many bad experiences with shipping companies and couriers. Of course, if you’re prepared to make your own arrangements regarding shipping insurance or if you have a friend or colleague travelling to the UK who would collect the watch for you, we’ll definitely try to oblige.
