How it works

We have to get our stock from somewhere! If you’re thinking about selling a watch we’ll do our best to give you the advice you need to make the right decision. If your watch has the box and certificate of origin, please mention this as it helps the value. We’re happy to buy watches outright or as a part exchange against one of our own pieces.

We can give a rough guide price by phone, but we need to see the watch in order to give a definite quote. Again, please call in at the shop if you can. If we agree a price we’ll pay you there and then.

If you live out of town, we recommend you send us the watch by Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured partly by the Royal Mail and the balance by our own insurers. Once we receive it we’ll call you with an offer. If we agree a sale, we’ll send payment by return or, if we don’t agree, we’ll return your watch by the same means.
